So I've been infected by omicron since Monday, after a few days I'm definitely feeling better but my ears hurt; I can't wear headphones for more than 30 minutes without sharp pain...

I'm also hit by really annoying headaches which don't let me focus on any project right now, so I'm taking a break until early february (1st week of the month), and until then, I won't be posting anything.

But don't worry y'all, the vault is full of surprises waiting to be unleashed, stay hyped and take care of yourself !

Just wanted to say thanks for following me, I will always remember every single follow, comment and message. As a very shy and self-critical (maybe even anxious) person the idea of putting my work out there under the eye (ears actually) of the entire internet was unthinkable, but my will to progress and improve allowed me to overcome that. Your criticism helps me improve, you may not think of it that way, but you're contributing to my work in some sort, and I would be a stagnating delusional producer without you.

My 5 year anniversary is a month away, I think I will do something special to thank you and this legendary website (that is actually older than me too), any ideas ? Hit me up on Discord if you'd like to chat, I have loads of free time now : Sawan#8202.

But to think 5 whole years have passed is really something, I'll have to thank my childhood friend Wombart for inciting me to join as it's very easy to get feedback in here, which is true. He's a developer and game maker, make sure to check out his projects !

I'm thinking about streaming on Twitch, but I have no idea what to broadcast, as I don't game much (Genshin Impact or LoL with friends, that's it).

The album is nearly here !

A lot of sweat, man hours and brainpower went into this project. I've had the pleasure of working in a "real" studio with session musicians, and working on this has been a blast =]

So, two months seems like the right time to start hyping up a project.

My next album, "Departure", which has been a work in progress since mid-2020, is nearing completion and I want to let you know that it's coming soon. I'm posting the full artwork, courtesy of royalty-free images and a bit of photoshop, the job looks fine to me! (If you're a graphic designer, I'll gladly contact you for some art).

The name, "Departure", means that after this, I'll be departing from music. I feel like my time making music has come to an end, I've been losing my hearing gradually and I'm scared to damage it further. It also feels like I'm out of inspiration and motivation, which has somewhat lasted for years.

I want to thank those who have followed me until the end, as we say, the artist may fade but the creations last forever.

But no worries, the album doesn't sound sad at all!

It's very funky, very disco, very groovy, and most importantly, almost exclusively electronic (well except for the guitar parts, it's still plugged into my computer!)

There's also an upcoming single, "Chyren" coming up on streaming platforms! It's already up on YouTube though, check it out !
